My wife likes to travel with several necklaces that have pendants. While the trailer is moving, the necklaces always seem to wrap themselves around each other and into knots.

Tired of being the official “necklace-knot untier,” I came up with a way to keep the necklaces from getting tangled: I put each one in a soda straw to keep them separated.

Now my wife is happy with her jewelry and I am happy I don’t have to untangle those fine knots.
